After I placed my order I got an email to inform me that the item I ordered was out of stock. I thought that would be the beginning of another bad experience online, but was just the opposite.
I replied that email to get additional information and Greg took the time to track the arrival of the items I ordered. Because the ETA did not work with my schedule he contacted the warehouse closest to my area I arranged the delivery of my order directly to my house. Looking forward to work with these guys in the future.
